I also understand how hard weight management is & how setting realistic goals can help you along your way. The course has been developed by the Community Sports Foundation (who I am an Ambassador for so I could not wait to be involved) in conjunction with Public Health Norfolk and Inspire International.
The graduation evening was held at Carrow road the Norwich City football club, what a great venue!
Over the last few years I have had lots of media training & confidence building myself & I am now brave enough to do Questions & Answers on a stage so I was in the hands of Mr Daniel Wynne who was hosting the event.
He was very kind to me & asked about my favourite food........I thought everyone knew how much I love chocolate brownies! The problem is I have to be very careful as squeezing into a racesuit is difficult at the best of times so you wouldn't want to put on too many kilos or you'd be in serious trouble haha!
There was a selfie tower, graffiti wall & I did a selfie & autograph session where I got to meet everyone with their families, we had so much fun! I met some amazing people from all over Norfolk with the same sorts of goals as me, we all want to live healthy lives & achieve our goals. One lady I met only lives 5 minutes from me & I had never met until then......that's amazing, we are pictured together below.
